Testimonials

“Thank you for your organization & leadership guiding a wide swath of stakeholders through the visioning work for Inventory Movement & Transfers. This topic is an especially sore point for many involved, and your thoughtfulness has led to productive conversations with an eye toward the future.” - Aaron K., Director of Product and Design

I've mentored many designers over my career, including Visioning workshops and Cristina has impressed me at every turn. She quickly lifted feedback and excelled it even higher and found opportunities to further learn and bring others along on that journey and to think completely out-of-the-box to push the needle of innovation.Cristina took the challenge, bringing along 15 business teams to fully understand, discuss as a team, and deliver an enterprise-seamless vision to the space that will help enable the team to make more confident decisions in moving ahead.

I am so impressed with the way Cristina leverages her very skilled and in-depth cross-functional knowledge to create an integrated experience that surfaced a seamless experience. This is accelerating collaboration to its highest levels and embodies a thoughtful and innovative approach to vision out this experience while solving user pain points.” -Laura Poeppelman, Manager Product Design

“I have absolutely loved collaborating with Cristina on designs work. She has been a great inspiration and mentor to me, and I genuinely could not have asked for a better training manager!” - Allison Grant, Product Design Intern

“Cristina: You jumped right into co-creating Hub of My Day prototypes with us, and were able to turn abstract strategy into real-life designs that will help us tell the story (and look sharp, too!) I appreciate the perspective you lend on the Inventory side of the house—it's clear you are intimate with the space—and your ability to tackle the abstract.” -Kristen Anderson, Product Designer
